How do I remove the “Sent with MailTrack” signature from my emails?

MailTrack offers a free solution in the form of MailTrack Basic, which includes our double-check icon for ‘read’ receipts at no cost.

In order to promote our free version and help our business become more sustainable, we ask our users to keep the “Sent with MailTrack” signatures in all emails sent with our app.

Still, remember you can always remove our branding mark, without compromising our email tracking feature.

There are 3 ways of removing the “Sent with MailTrack” brand. You can either:

1. Click on the X mark next to the signature to remove it from your email (with this option, your email will be tracked normally).

 

 

2. Disable the tracking for a particular message before sending by clicking on the "disable email tracking" button (by disabling the email tracking, our signature is removed automatically, but remember - the email will not be tracked!).

3. Go beyond MailTrack Basic and upgrade to MailTrack Pro to remove our signature by default and add other premium features, such as unlimited notifications and daily reports.
